Abstract

Pour pouvoir fabriquer un matelas de fibres volumineux, à l'aide d'un dispositif de fabrication de matelas de fibres, équipé d'un rouleau désagrégeur denté (1), pour préparer un prématelas, susceptible d'être entraîné à une vitesse périphérique permettant une éjection centrifuge des fibres du prématelas désagrégé, avec une surface de captage (5) rotative, perméable à l'air, présentant une zone de dispersion des fibres (6) plane, et équipée d'un caisson d'aspiration (7), raccordé à la surface de captage (5), dans la zone de dispersion des fibres (6), du côté opposé au rouleau désagrégeur (1), il est proposé qu'à une distance perpendiculaire de la zone de dispersion des fibres (6) soit prévu un rouleau de guidage (8), entraîné à contresens par rapport au rouleau désagrégeur (1) et formant, dans une zone périphérique (9) tournée vers le rouleau désagrégeur (1), une surface de déviation pour une partie des fibres s'envolant du rouleau désagrégeur (1) et formant, dans une section périphérique, placée en aval dans la direction périphérique, une zone d'aspiration (10) tournée vers la zone de dispersion des fibres (6) placée sous aspiration, et en ce que, dans la zone du caisson d'aspiration (7) soit prévu un dispositif de guidage (13), commandant la distribution de l'écoulement d'air, aspiré à travers la surface de captage (5), dans la direction de déplacement de la surface de captage (5).
