Abstract

This device comprises a cap (2) whose top is equipped, on the inside, with at least one sharp element (10), and a guarantee ring (3) intended to be locked axially and rotationally on the neck of the container. - a guarantee ring (3) whose internal diameter is at least equal to the external diameter of the plug, coming from molding with the latter, located in its extension, on the side of its open end, and connected to the plug via breakable bridges (17),

blocking means (18, 19, 20) in translation and in rotation of the guarantee ring after a first screwing of the cap on the neck, and

means of axial locking (25) of the plug relative to the ring after rupture of the bridges (17) and production of a second screwing following the first screwing, the value of the axial displacement of the bottom of the plug being such that at the end of the second screwing the sharp elements (10) have not reached the cover.
