Abstract
Description
La présente invention a pour objet une machine permettant la découpe de produits alimentaires principalement destinés à la restauration collective tels les fromages en forme de bûches, briques et autres produits similaires. Cette découpe peut aboutir soit à des portions individuelles qui doivent alors être de poids constant et précis soit des morceaux découpés de façon géométriquement régulière pour une présentation flatteuse.
