Abstract

Description

 The invention relates to a press for household fruit.

 The object of the invention is related to the technical sector of nachines and household instruments to pass the products allinaires and in particular fruits.

 The press according to the invention is of the type comprising successively a juice collecting member, a fruit receiving element, and fruit clamping means in relation to the receiving element.

 One of the aims of the invention lies in the fact that the fruit clamping means are made in such a way that a maximum of juice can be extracted in a very short time and by a simple action that does not require any effort. .

 For this, and according to a first feature, the clamping means are constituted by an actuating screw mounted to helical rotation relative to a bracket secured to a base and whose head support and clamping on the fruit is equipped of a troop of reserve of energy acting after reading in pressure of the fruits by the screw of nanceuvre.

 It has also sought to achieve a compact press outside of its use. For this according to another characteristic, the press is constituted by a base, a support cylinder of fruits, xontants-media and pressing means assembled together with dexponable thong.

 In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described in a nonlimiting embodiment as illustrated in the figures of the drawing.

 The press according to the invention essentially comprises a sochle (1) preferably with base (1a) and of any shape of which the upper part (1b) strong plate for receiving the juice in a slight slope towards a weir (1c).

 In the center of the tray is fixed in any removable manner a cylinder (2) whose periphery <2a> is pierced with multiple orifices (2b) of passage of the juice.

 At two points diagonally opposite, and outside the cylinder, the interlocking strap holder plate interlocking including two vertical uprights <3> whose upper ends have fasteners for pressing means of the fruit.

-1- A household fruit press of the type comprising a juice collecting member, a fruit receiving element and fruit clamping means in relation to the receiving element, characterized in that the clamping means are constituted by a starter screw <7> helically rotated with respect to a stirrup (4) made integral with a base (1), and whose head <8) of support and clamping on the fruits is equipped with a means of reserve of energy acting after pressurizing the fruit by the operating screw. -2- Press according to claim 1, characterized in that the energy reserve of the head <8> is obtained by at least one elastomer block interposed between two rigid disks (8a-8b). -3- Press according to claim 2, characterized in that the energy reserve is obtained by three elastomeric elements (8c-8e-8f) concentric with each other. 4. Press according to claim 3, characterized in that the three elements <8c-8e-8f> are of progressive hardness from outside to inside with heights (h-h1-h2) decreasing from the outside towards the inside. -5- Press according to claim 1, characterized in that the element for receiving the fruits to be pressed is a cylinder <2> axially mounted on the base, whose periphery <2a> is pierced with multiple orifices <2b> of passage of the juice. -6- Press according to claim 1, characterized in that the base <1> removable strap holder at two points diametrically opposite the outside of the fruit receiving element1 two uprights <3) on which is attached the stirrup <4> carrying the fruit clamping yen. -7- Press according to claim 1, characterized in that to reduce the bulk during non-use, the base (1). the cylinder <2>, the uprights (3) and the fruit clamping means are assembled together with removable strap.
