Abstract

The invention relates to fruit-crushing and stalk-removing machines for grapes, comprising a rotary cylindrical grid for screening, having a horizontal or slightly inclined axis, inside which rotates a shaft provided with radial spikes, known as a toothed cylinder (roller). This fruit-crushing and stalk-removing machine is characterised in that the grapes 11, located in the bottom of the grid 5 6, are entrained in rotation by the latter which includes longitudinal bars 6 fastened onto the inner generatrices of the circular bars 5. The grapes thus fall under gravity F onto the toothed cylinder (roller) 10 which separates the grapes from the stalks by projecting the whole onto the grid.
