Abstract

The fruit-crushing and stalk-removing machine comprises a drum 2 provided with circular rails 3 rolling between support and drive rollers 4, the periphery of this drum being made from a mesh (circular bars 2d and longitudinal bars 2e welded on the perimeter of the preceding ones). A main toothed cylinder 8a-8b and an auxiliary toothed cylinder 10a-10b located, respectively, at the bottom and at the top, rotate inside, the first performing the actual destalking and the second ensuring the cleaning of the grid. The grapes to be processed arrive via the hopper 14, the grapes fall through the grid and the stalks or other debris are discharged via the hopper 15.

La présente invention se réfère aux egrappoirs du genre comprenant un tambour à axe horizontal ou incliné, avec grille périphérique propre à former tamis, et à l'intérieur duquel tourne un arbre pourvu de pointes radiales, du genre couramment appelé "hérisson". Claims

Destemmer for harvesting, of the kind comprising a drum with a horizontal or slightly inclined axis with a peripheral grid suitable for forming a sieve, and inside which a shaft provided with radial points or a hedgehog rotates, characterized in that the drum (2) contains a main hedgehog (8) and an auxiliary hedgehog (10) mounted on axes (02, 03) substantially parallel to that (01) of the drum, but offset on either side of this axis, these hedgehogs (8, 10) being dimensioned so that their points (8a, loua) pass a short distance from the wall of the drum (2), the main hedgehog (8) being in the lower zone thereof and the auxiliary hedgehog (10 ) in its upper zone.
