Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'adaptation de pot d'échappement articulé sur un cyclomoteur à moteur flottant dit " basculant ". L'invention est le système d'adaptation permettant à un échappement de ne pas basculer avec le moteur. A partir d'un mouvement basculant du moteur, un coude articulé engendre un mouvement rectiligne du pot d'échappement soutenu à son extrémité par une bielette montée sur galets.

Description

La presente invention concerne un procédé de conception d'un système d'adaptation de pot d'échappement sur un cyclomoteur à moteur flottant dit "Basculant".
Contrairement aux systèmes connus, ce procédé permet à un pot d'échappement de ne pas basculer avec le moteur car lors du basculement de celui-ci, un coude articulé engendre un mouvement rectiligne du pot d'échappement soutenu à son extrémité par une bielette montée sur galet (voir schéma de fonctionnement
Figure 2).
Le moteur basculant suivant la flèche V autour de sa fixation (Repère A) provoque le basculement du coude (Repère B), ce coude étant solidaire du moteur par l'intermédiaire d'un écran et d'une patte de fixation.
L'articulation (Repère C Emmanchement du coude B dans le corps du pot D) engendre un mouvement rectiligne (R) du corps (D)-suspendu par la bielette (Repère G) qui relie le pot d'échappement au chassis (voir Repères E et F de la Figure 1) suivant la flèche V1.

REVENDICATIONS
1 Procédé visant à annuler le basculement du pot d'échappement
lors du basculement du moteur d'un cyclomoteur à moteur flottant,
caractérisé par le fait que l'utilisation de deux coudes, une patte
de fixation et une bielette provoque un déplacement du pot d'échappement.
2 Procédé selon la revendication 1 permettant l'adaptation de pots
d'échappements longs sur des moteurs "flottants" dits "basculants".
