IL S'AGIT D'UNE LAME MULTI-USAGES 1 (NIVELLEMENT, NETTOYAGE, DENEIGEMENT) QUI EST MONTABLE SUR TOUT CHARIOT-ELEVATEUR PUISQUE PRISE DIRECTEMENT PAR LES FOURCHES 4 AVEC EN PLUS UN AVANTAGE BIEN PARTICULIER AMELIORANT L'ADHERENCE DE L'ENGIN; ET CE PAR L'ADJONCTION D'UN CONTREPOIDS 2 QUI RESTE EN CHARGE SUR LES FOURCHES PENDANT LE TRAVAIL.

Description

LAME POUR CHARIOT-ELEVATEUR A CONTREPOIDS INCORPORE ET PRISE DIRECTE
SUR LES FOURCHES.
Habituellement, les lames de chariot-élévateur sont montées sur le tablier. Cependant, ce système présente un inconvénient majeur; en effet, un chariot-élévateur, surtout un "deux roues motrices", a une très mauvaise adhérence à vide, de par ses conception et fonction, puisque tout le poids se trouve à l'arrière afin d'équilibrer la
charge prise sur les fourches.
L'invention tend à éliminer cet inconvénient. En effet, selon la
figure I présentant la lame vue de côté, on peut en faire la descrip-
tion suivante: - une articulation (7) relie la lame (1) au contrepoids ( 2) dans lequel sont logés des fourreaux (3) o rentrent les
fourches du chariot-élévateur (4).
- à l'avant, un système (5) qui peut être une bielle ou sim-
plement une chaine relie le chassis porte-lame (6) à l'avant du contrepoids (2) tout en laissant la liberté angulaire <8)
voulue pour un bon fonctionnement du système.
Ainsi en position travail il suffit de régler le tablier à une hauteur qui permette de conserver le contrepoids en charge sur les fourches, tandis que la lame peut jouer en hauteur et suivre ainsi les inégalités
du terrain.
Lorsque l'on veut relever l'ensemble, il suffit de lever le tablier de l'engin et c'est alors la bielle ou la chaine qui prend en charge la
lame, comme le montre la figure II.
Pour la dépose de l'ensemble, il suffit de descendre le tablier: le contrepoids vient alors reposer sur le chas is qui lui-même repose au sol
et le retrait des fourches se fait en reculant l'engin. (figure III).
Il est toutefois entendu que plusieurs types de lames peuvent être em-
ployées avec le même système et notamment lame orientable hydrauliquement
ou manuellement.

R E V E N D I C A T I 0 N S
1) Lame pour chariot-élévateur à contrepoids incorporé à prise directe par les fourches caractérisé par sa construction en trois éléments:
un contrepoids, une lame, un chassis porte-lame.
2) Lame pour chariot-élévateur à contrepoids incorporé à prise directe par les fourches selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une articu- lation entre le contrepoids et le chassis permettant un débattement
limité par une bielle ou chaine.
3) Lame pour chariot-élévateur à contrepoids incorporé à prise directe
par les fourches selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé par le
fait que cette combinaison permet au contrepoids de rester en charge sur les fourches de l'engin pendant le travail et ainsi de lui procurer
une adhérence indispensable.
