Abstract

The invention relates to a device which can be fitted over all types of existing fitted skirting boards making it possible in a simple manner : to improve the appearance, to move sockets, to join up networks of complementary conductors when necessary. It consists of a facing 1 delimiting a space 2 of sufficient size to receive the existing fitted skirting board 3 and one or more possible conductors 4. The device according to the invention is intended to be used in the field of the building industry and relates equally well to new or old dwellings.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pouvant s'adapter sur tous les types de plinthes posées existantes. The present invention relates to a device which can be adapted to all types of existing skirting boards.

Dans la plupart des cas : lors de l'achat d'une maison, d'un appartement, les plinthes existantes sont d'une esthétique et d'une qualité médiocres. Egalement, lors de l'em- ménagement de la dite maison ou dit appartement, la nécessité de déplacement des prises existantes et la création de prises supplémentaires (EDF, PRIT, HI FI, etc...) se fait rapidement sentir.Par ailleurs, le changement de destination d'une pièce, ou tout simplement des raisons pratiques, esthétiques, peuvent amener l'occupant à changer le revêtement de sol de la dite pièce et à poser du parquet ou du carrelage
