Abstract

1489064 Skirtings R SMITH 21 May 1975 [22 May 1974 5 June 1974] 22859/74 and 24908/74 Heading EIB A detachable trim covering for forming a skirting board or cladding walls or roofs comprises a bracket 1 having vertical 3 and horizontal 6 slotted portions, a horizontally slotted cap 10 to spring into the slot 4 in the vertical portion 3, and a cover 2 for engagement in the horizontal slot 11. The brackets are preferably secured to a wall by screws or nails through the body portion. The horizontal slot in the bracket receives the edge of a wire or cable supporting tray 9. The front face of the cover may be recessed and closed by a spring in cover.
