Abstract

The invention relates to an agricultural machine making it possible to position hoops and plastic film for tunnel shelters (cloches) used in agriculture. It comprises a frame 17, on which there circulate two chains 20 equipped with pincers 19. The frame is carried by two wheels 2 and a traction apparatus 8. The wheels 2 drive the chains 20 via a transmission composed of pinions and chains 16, 22 and 15 and gears 22 and 14 and a shaft carrying the pinions 5 for driving the chains 20. This transmission is designed so as to obtain a vertical planting movement of the hoop during its travel between the pinions 19 and 1, and this is independent of the speed of forward travel. A workstation comprising a seat 10, a store of hoops 7 which is removable and a display counter 12 allows easy and rapid work. Among the beneficial applications in the agricultural field, the planting of stakes, posts or hoops of all sizes from a rolling apparatus can be mentioned.

Claims
