Abstract

The invention relates to a machine for treatment of products by mixing and sprinkling of the latter in a vessel formed by a cylindrical sleeve which forms the lateral wall thereof and by a plate which forms the base thereof. It is characterised in that: - the tube 9 has an uninterrupted lateral surface, this being so even in line with the entry orifice 16 of the chute 17; - the means 18 for control of the extraction of the products consists of a device 20 for control in vertical translation of the tube 9 between two extreme positions in one of which it uncovers the entire orifice 16 of the chute 17, whereas in the other position it closes off this orifice 16. Application to the industry of machines for treatment by mixing and sprinkling and, particularly, to the industry of vegetable peeling machines.
