Abstract

L'invention a trait au domaine paramédical. Elle concerne la standardisation d'un constituant marqué tel qu'un anti-IgE destiné à être utilisé dans une épreuve par fixation spécifique. Le procédé implique la normalisation d'un ligand marqué (par exemple IgE marquée par la radioactivité) vis-à-vis d'une substance contenant un ligand de référence (par exemple l'IgE normale << WHO >>), pour déterminer le poids de protéine d'Ige représentée par le ligand marqué, par rapport à la substance de référence. L'invention concerne également une méthode de détermination du pouvoir d'un extrait allergène. Ce pouvoir est exprimé par le poids de ligand inhibé par l'addition d'un allergène soluble.
