Abstract

Pour préparer des chlorhydrates d'acides aminés ou des dichlorhydrates d'acides diaminés, des esters d'acides carboxyliques halogénés sont tout d'abord convertis en le mono- ou diuréthane correspondant par réaction avec un cyanate de métal alcalin en présence d'un alcool, puis ce mono- ou diuréthane est converti en le mono- ou dichlorhydrate correspondant par saponification. Le nouveau procédé a une application relativement universelle et il ouvre avant tout une voie élégante de synthèse pour la lysine.
