Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de ácido 7- metoxi-5-oxo-5H-tiazolo(2,3-b)quinazolin-2- carboxílico, y sus sales aceptables en farmacia, caracterizado porque comprende condensar un derivado de ácido antranílico de la fórmula general **(Fórmula-01)** en donde R representa hidrógeno o alquilo inferior, con un derivado de tiazol de la fórmula general **(Fórmula-02)** en donde X representa cloro, bromo o yodo, y convertir, si se desea, el compuesto obtenido en una sal respectiva aceptable en farmacia.
