Abstract
The solar energy collector is for refrigeration and/or heat recovery, having a first compartment with a front face absorbing solar radiation, and a rear face. The compartment accommodates an adsorbent body and a medium adsorbable and desorbable in the body. Adjacent to the rear face are conduits to transport away the heat accumulated at its level. A second compartment is provided whose front face is formed by the rear face of the first one, while its rear face is in contact with the insulating material of the collector, the compartment contains a heat-transfer medium.
