Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a solar heat arresting and collecting efficiency as well as enable to supply the solar heat-energy at an inexpensive cost by providing a heat collecting member made by combination of a film and a metallic foil, both having a charactor of selective absorption for a solar radiation energy. CONSTITUTION:A heat collection member is consisting of: a metallic foil 20, a light receiving surface of which is non-lustered rough surface 21 applied with a black coating 23 and a back side of which is lustered mirror 22 laminated with a selectively transparent film 30 having a clearing rate zero against radiation at 40-100 deg.C temperature under a condition that the film will not loose luster and will not be varied in collor; a heat medium 50 accumulating absorbed heat-energy; and a member capable of preventing the radiation of the heat-energy absorbed in the heat medium 50; In this case, the roughness of the non-lustered rough surface 21 is preferable to be in the range of 2-3mumRz, 0.5-0.8mumRa and that of the lustered surface 22 is preferable to be below 0.9mumRz, 0.3mumRa.
