Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A solar panel battery 1 is fixedly mounted on a setup framestand 4 in order that the plane of the panel battery faces toward the sun in the inclination by a prescribed angle and forms an opening part together with an plane 2 opposed thereto at a distance of the space under the panel 1 with the side through which the solar rays incide as a window 3. In the state as described above, the solar rays incide through the window 3 to part of the rays receiving plane 2 and are changed to the rays 6' reflected toward the reverse side of the panel plane 1 depending on the reflection factor of the plane 2 and also to the heat warming the plane. The reflected rays 6' are converted to the heat on the reverse side of the panel plane 1 and a quantity of the heat having warmed the plane 2 warms the reverse side of the panel 1 through a radiation or convection. As a result, the boundary face of the drifted snow 5 on the panel surface 7 is melted to let fall the snow.
