Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de frittage de poudre de carbure de silicium. Elle se rapporte à un procédé de frittage d'une poudre de carbure de silicium finement divisé contenant du carbone en excès et un adjuvant finement divisé contenant du carbone en excès et un adjuvant finement divisé contenant du béryllium, en quantité comprise entre 0,03 et 1,5 % en poids. L'atmosphère de frittage contient du béryllium, avec une pression partielle au moins égale à la tension de vapeur à l'équilibre du béryllim. Application à la fabrication d'éléments de turbines, de pompes et d'échangeurs de chaleur.
