1487064 Gas turbine combustion chambers ROLLS-ROYCE Ltd 23 Aug 1974 [17 Oct 1973] 19011/77 Divided out of 1487063 Heading F1L A wall structure for a hot fluid stream, e.g. for a gas turbine combustion chamber, comprises a metallic outer wall 110 lined with cube-shaped silicon nitride blocks 114 secured to the wall by projections 117 and spring clips 122. The latter define gaps (123), Fig. 3 (Not shown) for cooling air which then flows through holes 120 to grooves 124, 126 in the blocks. Clips 122 may be formed individually or in strips.
