Abstract

L'invention a trait à un appareil de fabrication de carton ondulé à parement simple. Elle a pour objet un appareil de fabrication de carton ondulé à parement simple en ondulant une feuille de carton, en appliquant une pâte à feuille de carton ondulé et ensuite en revêtant la feuille de carton ondulé d'un revêtement sur un de ses côtés, l'appareil comportant une chambre hermétique disposée sur le côté postérieur d'un rouleau supérieur, d'un rouleau inférieur et d'un rouleau presseur, de façon à entourer un appareil d'empâtage, des organes d'alimentation en air pour délivrer de l'air dans la chambre hermétique et dans des rainures d'échappement pratiquées dans la surface périphérique du rouleau inférieur, de façon à établir une pression élevée à l'intérieur de la chambre hermétique pour ainsi presser étroitement la feuille de carton ondulé contre le rouleau inférieur. Application notamment à la fabrication de carton d'emballage.
