Abstract
Le procédé consiste à intercaler entre les objets à réunir un corps de soudure métallique en aluminium, plomb ou indium, par exemple, et à procéder à la thermocompression desdits objets l'un contre l'autre à une température inférieure à la température de fusion du corps de soudure et à celles de ramollissement des objets à souder.
