Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain firm bonding, by fitting a heat-shrinkable plastic tube to the surface of a metal tube via the hot melt adhesive layer, and performing shrinking treatment of the tube by hot wind from outside and rapid heating treatment of the metal tube at the same time or in arbitrary order. CONSTITUTION:The heat-shrinkable plastic tube is fitted to the surface of the metal tube via the hot-melt adhesive layer, then the treatment wherein the plastic tube is heated at 100-200 deg.C by hot wind from outside and shrunk and another treatment wherein the metal tube is heated at 150-250 deg.C by rapid heating means and is made to adhere the plastic tube are performed at the same time or in arbitrary order. By this way, the hot-melt adhesive is activated to exhibit enough adhering power without deteriorating the covering tube and on the other hand is made to buffer contraction of the once thermally expanded metal tube and to bond the both tubes firmly.
