Abstract

L'accumulateur 1 est constitué par un récipient de révolution (par exemple sphère) et est séparé en deux chambres par une membrane 2 fixée suivant un grand cercle de façon à ce qu'elle puisse s'appliquer contre la surface interne du récipient quand elle est dans ses positions extrêmes. Elle n'est pas sollicitée en traction, ce qui permet de récupérer l'énergie d'un fluide sous pression dans une chambre, pour comprimer un autre fluide dans l'autre chambre.
