Abstract

L'invention concerne l'obtention d'une portion d'un liquide dans un milieu gélifié. On met un échantillon liquide 14 en contact avec une surface déterminée 12 d'une masse de gel 13 contenant un réactif et on laisse le composant à analyser de l'échantillon diffuser dans la masse de gel pendant une durée déterminée; on élimine le reste de l'échantillon puis on effectue pendant une durée déterminée une diffusion complémentaire du composant à analyser dans la masse de gel pour l'y diluer et permettre la réaction; on mesure ensuite le degré de réaction entre le composant diffusé et le réactif. Analyse chimique des liquides, notamment biologiques.
