Abstract

a. Procédé pour préchauffer des moteurs à combustion interne. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'on court-circuite la résistance tout de suite après un laps de temps de moins d'une seconde après la mise en circuit des bougies à incandescence, et qu'alors on échauffe rapidement par le courant électrique pour un laps de temps de quelques secondes, les bougies à incandescence présentant une capacité thermique aussi réduite que possible. c. L'invention s'applique notamment aux moteurs d'automobiles.
