Abstract

The container is made from cardboard or other semi-rigid material. The inside of the container has a reinforcing panel (7) at each end. The panel corners (8) protect reinforcement rods (9) in the corners of the container. The container sits on a pallet consisting of spacer blocks of wood joined by base strips on the top and bottom edges. The composite bearers are joined under the container by means of right angled strips. The container may be closed with a lid.
