1,254,662. Load handling pallets. H. J. WITKOWSKI. 9 April, 1970 [9 April, 1969], No. 16911/70. Heading B8H. A load handling pallet comprises upper and lower sheets 11, 14, each with integral feet 18, 13, the sheets being secured together around their marginal edge portions with the feet in registry and a foamed material 17 filling the space between the sheets and in the cavities of the lower feet. In an alternative embodiment, Fig. 3 (not shown), the upper sheet is devoid of feet. The sheets may be formed of cardboard, metal, wood or plastics.
