Abstract

Ce bouchon de matière plastique est du type de ceux dont la jupe cylindrique se prolonge par une bande de sûreté apte à être retenue par la bague du goulot de la bouteille lorsqu'on débouche celle-ci. Cette bande de sûreté 13 est reliée à la jupe cylindrique par des ponts de moindre résistance 14 et présente sur sa face externe une saillie en forme de gradin 22, dont une des faces 23 est disposée dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe du bouchon afin de former une seconde face d'appui pour l'éjection du bouchon au démoulage et d'éliminer ainsi les risques de tensions susceptibles de provoquer la rupture des ponts de jonction. L'invention embrasse aussi un moule pour le moulage par injection de ce bouchon, moule qui ne nécessite aucun élément déplaçable transversalement à son axe pour pouvoir effectuer le démoulage.
