Abstract

Dispositivo de cierre para botellas y similares, que tiene incorporado un recipiente, caracterizado por comprender: un primer elemento (1) estampado en material plástico, que presenta una parte acopada (9, 10) destinada a apoyarse en el borde del cuello (20) de una botella, y una parte tubular (3, 6) destinada a insertarse en el cuello (20) de la botella, y cerrada en su parte inferior por un fondo frangible (7), estando dotada internamente dicha parte tubular (3, 6) de dos salientes anulares (4, 5) distanciados axialmente entre si; un segundo elemento (2) estampado en material plástico, que presenta una parte tubular (12), provista en su superficie externa de una protuberancia anular intermedia (14); estando tallada dicha parte tubular (12) en forma de boquilla de flauta en su extremo inferior y presentando en su extremo superior una pared de cierre (15) que se extiende coaxialmente hasta la parte tubular (12), un collar intermedio (16) y un manguito cilíndrico externo (18) unido a dicha pared (15) mediante pedúnculos frangibles (17) y presentando, en posición intermedia, un saliente anular interno (19); - pudiéndose insertar dichos elementos primero y segundo (1, 2) entre sí en una primera posición en la que el saliente anular externo (4) de la parte central tubular (12) del segundo elemento (2) se encastra entre los dos salientes internos (4, 5) de la parte tubular (3, 6) del primer elmento; - un primer desplazamiento axial del segundo elemento (2) respecto al primer elemento (1), realizado después de introducir en el cuello de la botella el grupo constituido por el primer y el segundo elemento ensamblados en dicha primera posición, provoca el tropiezo de dicho saliente anular más abajo (5) del los dos citados salientes (4, 5), produciéndose una subsiguiente expansión radial de la parte tubular(3) del primer elemento(1) en la superficie interna del cuello(20) de la botella. - estando limitado dicho primer desplazamiento axial por el hecho de que el saliente anular interno(19) del manguito cilíndrico externo(18) del segundo elemento topa con el borde de la parte acopada (9, 10) del primer elemento. - un segundo desplazamiento axial del segundo elemento respecto al primer elemento(1) es posible solamente después de romper los puentecillos (17) que unen el manguito externo (18) del segundo elemento (2) con la pared de cierre (15), produciendo la rotura del fondo frangible (7) de la parte tubular (3, 6) del primer elemento por la acción del extremo inferior en forma de boquilla de flauta de la parte central tubular (12) del segundo elemento.
