Abstract

Ce bouchon se compose d'une capsule-verrou (1) et d'une bague de sécurité (2) comportant des segments de bride annulaire (5) intérieur destinés à passer derrière un collet extérieur prévu sur le col du récipient. La réalisation d'un bouchon de garantie de ce genre en matière plastique se fait par moulage par injection dans un moule avec outils intérieur et extérieur, la face (6) des segments de bride annulaire (5) associée au collet extérieur étant réalisée à l'aide de l'outil extérieur.
