Abstract

Capteur dans lequel une couche mince magnétisée dans une direction préférentielle est entourée d'une bobine de mesure magnétique à haute fréquence présentant une induction variable et un champ magnétique externe et l'axe de la bobine sont orientés parallèlement à l'une des directions préférentielles, le capteur étant constitué par plusieurs couches géométriquement structurées successives appliquées sur un substrat et constituant une bobine plane, dont les couches isolantes enferment une couche magnétique. Application : appareil de mesure de champs magnétiques.
