Abstract

Composition de caoutchouc pour la fabrication d'objets moussés par la méthode dite d'expansion libre. Cette composition comprend un copolymère ou un polymère ternaire de l'éthylène et d' alpha -oléfines, un agent moussant ou agent de gonflement et un agent réticulant, le copolymère ou le polymère ternaire satisfaisant aux trois conditions suivantes à la fois : a. il comprend 55 à 73 moles % de motifs d'éthylène ; b. il a un produit AR x RT au moins égal à 7 000, AR étant l'allongement à la rupture % et RT la résistance maximale en traction kg/cm**2 du polymère; et c. sa viscosité Mooney ML1+4 , 121 degrés C est comprise entre 65 et 120.
