Abstract

Procédé et machine de brasage. Des ensembles à braser, réalisés en aluminium revêtus aux endroits à braser avec un matériau de brasage, sont soumis à un vide partiel, la pression du gaz étant fournie pratiquement entièrement par un gaz inerte, et les contaminants tels que des substances huileuses et des films d'oxyde sont éliminés des ensembles par chauffage, ou par un bombardement d'ions. Ensuite, les ensembles sont brasés sans être retirés du vide partiel, en les chauffant. Il est possible également d'envoyer un courant du gaz inerte raréfié qui balaye les contaminants à mesure qu'ils sont retirés. Brasage de radiateurs en aluminium pour véhicules.
