Abstract

Procédé assurant une bonne liaison des tubes dans les rainures sans écrasement de ces tubes. Il consiste à braser, dans des rainures formées dans un noyau d'aube coulé 42, des tubes en cuivre 44 dont au moins l'une des extrémités fait saillie au-dessus de la pale, puis à placer sur la pale un revêtement 50 préformé à la forme de la pale, à mettre ensuite l'assemblage dans une presse isostatique à chaud de telle sorte que l'extrémité saillante des tubes fassent saillie au-dessus du milieu de transmission de la pression 54 (du verre fondu) et à appliquer alors une pression à une température et pendant une durée appropriée pour souder par diffusion le revetement au noyau 42 et aux tubes, lesquels ne sont pas écrasés du fait qu'ils sont intérieurement et extérieurement à la même pression.
