Abstract

Procédé d'alimentation contrôlée d'un liquide d'usinage à la zone d'usinage d'une machine-outil équipée d'un réservoir de liquide d'usinage, d'un conduit d'alimentation du liquide reliant le réservoir et la zone d'usinage, d'un moteur électrique et d'une pompe comprenant un rotor entraîné par le moteur électrique. Le procédé consiste à appliquer un courant d'alimentation au moteur électrique pour entraîner la pompe et alimenter le liquide d'usinage provenant du réservoir à la zone d'usinage en passant par le conduit à liquide, et à modifier le courant fourni au moteur électrique pour commander la pression de sortie de la pompe et régler le débit du liquide d'usinage délivré dans la zone d'usinage.
