Abstract

Procédé de réalisation d'une isolation thermique de cuves autoporteuses de navires transporteurs de gaz liquides, constituée par l'assemblage de plaques ou panneaux de matériaux plastiques en mousses cellulaires ou expansées disposés sur la tôle extérieure des parois et du fond desdites cuves, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques sont maintenues sur la tôle à l'aide d'aiguilles soudées sur la tôle et de clips, et en ce que les vides crées entre les différentes plaques sont remplis de mousse de matière plastique injectée in situ, notamment une mousse de polyuréthane ou phénolique.
