Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif utilisant la réflectance d'un papier pour essai d'identification par une réaction colorée pour une détermination précise de la concentration d'une substance dans un liquide appliqué sur ce papier. Le papier est soumis à une irradiation intermittente Les données obtenues au départ, à l'aide d'un papier témoin (de couleur connue correspondant à une concentration donnée) permettent de corriger les erreurs systématiques dues par exemple à l'effet de rayons parasites internes. Les courbes d'étalonnage (réflectance-concentration) sont considérées comme hyperboliques. Application : détermination précise de la présence et/ou concentration d'un constituant dans un liquide, par exemple pour des examens de contrôle clinique ou de dépistage en série.
