Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bewertung der Qualität von Messungen der Lumineszenz von Proben. DOLLAR A Bei einem solchen Verfahren werden eine Anzahl von (M >= 1) Messungen (L¶m¶) mit m = 1, ...M durchgeführt, bei jeder Messung (L¶m¶) die Intensitätswerte elektromagnetischer Strahlung von Orten in mindestens einem ersten, mit lumineszentem Material angereicherten Gebiet (A¶s¶) der Probe und von Orten in mindestens einem zweiten, nicht mit lumineszentem Material angereicherten Gebiet (A¶h¶) der Probe in Zuordnung zu den Orten gemessen und registriert, Mittelwerte (mu·m·¶s¶) und (mu·m·¶h¶) sowie Standardabweichungen (sigma·m·¶s¶) und (sigma·m·¶h¶) von den den Orten im ersten Bereich (A¶s¶) beziehungsweise im zweiten Bereich (A¶h¶) zugeordneten Intensitätswerten bestimmt, und die Mittelwerte (mu·m·¶s¶, mu·m·¶h¶) und/oder Standardabweichungen (sigma·m·¶s¶, sigma·m·¶h¶) zu Bewertungskriterien verknüpft, anhand derer die Qualität bewertet wird.
