Le produit comprend a une couche d'analyse 12 qui transmet un rayonnement électromagnétique et est perméable à une substance à analyser donnée, cette couche comprenant une composition qui, en présence de la substance à analyser fournit une espèce décelable par radiométrie, et b un élément poreux 16, opaque au rayonnement électromagnétique et perméable à la substance à analyser; le produit est caractérisé par une intercouche 14 qui empêche la migration de l'espèce décelable vers l'élément poreux. Application à l'analyse quantitative des liquides biologiques.
