Abstract

L'invention concerne les dosages immunologiques. Il s'agit d'une détermination immunologique de bêta-lipotropine humaine, selon laquelle on met à incuber un mélange comprenant l'échantillon soumis à l'essai contenant une quantité inconnue de la bêta-lipotropine humaine, et de la bêta-lipotropine humaine marquée et un anti-corps ayant la propriété de fixer spécifiquement la bêta-lipotropine humaine, on sépare la bêta-lipotropine humaine libre et celle liée, on mesure la quantité de bêta-lipotropine marquée dans la bêta-lipotropine humaine libre ou liée et on détermine la concentration de la bêta-lipotropine humaine d'après une courbe d'étalonnage. Ce procédé permet le dosage de la bêta-lipotropine avec une excellente précision.
