Abstract

L'invention concerne une presse de serrage particulièrement destinée à l'assemblage d'un semi-conducteur entre ses deux radiateurs. Elle comporte un châssis comprenant un socle, des montants et traverses, dont une traverse intermédiaire traversée par un coulisseau entraîné par un vérin principat. L'extrémité du coulisseau est filetée et supporte un écrou micrométrique à commande manuelle et une des deux pièces de serrage, l'autre pièce étant portée par le châssis. La pression finale désirée est supportée en grande partie par le vérin principal et pour le reste par la traverse intermédiaire par l'intermédiaire de cales engagées par des vérins auxiliaires sous l'écrou micrométrique dès qu'une course déterminée du vérin principal est atteinte. Application au serrage de radiateurs sur des semi-conducteurs.
