L'INVENTION A TRAIT AU DOMAINE DE L'ANALYSE IMMUNOLOGIQUE. ELLE CONCERNE UNE NOUVELLE METHODE DE DETECTION IMMUNOLOGIQUE IMPLIQUANT DEUX SURFACES D'ESSAI. CETTE METHODE EST UTILISEE LORSQUE DES ECHANTILLONS DE SERUM PEUVENT CONTENIR A LA FOIS UN ANTICORPS A DETECTER AINSI QUE DES CONSTITUANTS SERIQUES CONCURRENTS QUI PEUVENT ETRE PRESENTS EN QUANTITES INDETERMINEES. L'EPREUVE IMMUNOLOGIQUE EST CONDUITE AVEC UN ANTICORPS MARQUE ET UNE MESURE QUANTITATIVE EST OBTENUE DANS CETTE EPREUVE PAR DETECTION DE LA DIFFERENCE DES QUANTITES D'ANTICORPS MARQUE ENTRE LES DEUX SURFACES QUI ONT ETE SOUMISES AU MEME ECHANTILLON DE SERUM. APPLICATION A LA DETECTION D'ANTICORPS TRES DIVERS DES CLASSES DE L'IMMUNOGLOBULINEG ET DE L'IMMUNOGLOBULINEM, COMPRENANT DES ANTICORPS RELATIFS AU VIRUS DE LA RUBEOLE, AU TREPONEME, AU VIRUS DE L'HERPES SIMPLEX, AU CYTOMEGALOVIRUS ET AU TOXOPLASME.
