Abstract

Procédé de production d'un élément magnétique dans un alliage ayant une composition qui comprend, en poids, 25 à 30 parties de chrome, 10 à 20 parties de cobalt et le reste en fer. L'alliage comprend également au moins 0,1 % en poids de l'un des éléments choisis dans le groupe comprenant le zirconium, le molybdène, le vanadium, le niobium, le titane et l'aluminium. Le procédé comprend un formage à froid au cours duquel l'ébauche constituée par l'alliage est pliée de manière à présenter un changement de direction d'au moins 300, suivant un rayon de courbure pouvant être égal à l'épaisseur de l'ébauche. Application production de bagues en coupelles pour récepteurs téléphoniques.
