Abstract

The roller consists of several spiked rings which are held axially and parallel to each other on a common shaft. The spikes are prism-shaped and shaped outwards to both sides. Each roller ring (1) is made up of two parts (3, 4) which are assembled in a plane normal to the shaft (2). A laterally projecting spacer bush (5) is fitted to one of the part rings (3) and the second part ring (4) is held on the bush with a larger diameter (6). The spacer bush may be a hub (5) connected with the one part ring (3).
