Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une installation de combustion de déchets ligneux ou autres, tels que sciure de bois, ordures ménagères compactées, etc. Une installation selon l'invention est caractérisée par trois points principaux à savoir : un brûleur dit pyrolytique comportant une pièce massive perforée destinée à transférer de la chaleur de combustion à contre courant des éléments combustibles, un broyeur doseur constitué par une pluralité de disques portant des éléments, certains de ces disques tournent à vitesse relativement lente, enfin par la mise en contact intime du mélange combustible et de l'air de combustion à la sortie du broyeur avec les fumées provenant du foyer. L'invention est applicable à la production de chaleur à partir de déchets variés ainsi qu'à la production de gaz combustibles pour alimenter les moteurs thermiques.
