Abstract

L'invention concerne une technique de décaféination à l'aide de membranes. On décaféine des extraits végétaux aqueux comme des extraits de thé ou de café vert ou torréfié, en laissant la caféine diffuser à travers au moins une membrane hydrophile poreuse et une phase solvant non miscible à l'eau, jusque dans une phase eau. Le solvant peut être à l'intérieur d'une seule membrane ou placé entre deux membranes espacées.
