Abstract

Procedimiento para descafeinar una solución acuosa que contiene cafeína caracterizado porque comprende la etapa de: a) poner en contacto una cara de una membrana porosa con una solución acuosa que contiene cafeína. B) poner en contacto la otra cara de dicha membrana con un disolvente especifico de la cafeína no miscible con agua, c) poner en contacto una cara de una segunda membrana porosa con el disolvente de la etapa b), d) poner en contacto la otra cara de dicha segunda membrana con una fase acuosa, y e) mantener los contactos respectivos durante un período de tiempo suficiente como para reducir la concentración de cafeína de la solución permitiendo que la cafeína pase a través de la primera membrana el disolvente y la segunda membrana en la fas acuosa.
