Abstract

L'invention concerne les circuits de commutation de forte puissance. Un amplificateur de commutation comporte deux transistors NPN, 27, 29, en montage Darlington, et une source de tension continue 77 ainsi qu'un transistor NPN 83 sont branchés en réaction entre l'émetteur du transistor 29 et la base du transistor 27. Cette configuration n'utilise que des transistors NPN, ce qui permet d'obtenir des caractéristiques de puissance plus intéressantes que celles de la configuration PNP/NPN classique. Application à la commande de machines électriques.
