Abstract

Pièce poreuse carbonée densifiée in situ par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur de matériaux réfractaires autres que le carbone et procédé de fabrication. Le matériau réfractaire est infiltré en profondeur à l'intérieur de la structure poreuse. La pièce à traiter est placée dans une atmosphère gazeuse contenant l'élément à déposer. La température de la pièce est portée à une valeur supérieure à celle T de la décomposition commençante de l'espèce chimique contenant l'élément à déposer puis maintenue à une valeur inférieure à T + 150 degrés C, de préférence inférieure à T + 100 degrés C. La pression est maintenue entre quelques torrs et une atmosphère.
